Sky and Air 2

Tagline: Double the Trouble. Quadruple the Fun.

Synopsis:
It’s been two years since Skyler was reunited with her royal family, and all is well throughout the lands of Christensendom. King Danius has many home improvement projects under way, and Sky and Air are pitching in to make their castle even more beautiful. But when they dig up an ancient chest containing a glowing vial of mysterious liquid, strange things start to happen.

Suspecting the liquid has magical properties, the girls take the vial to the old castle wizard. He confirms that it is almost certainly magic, but explains he needs to consult with a ‘colleague’ to learn it’s powers. The next morning the wizard sets out to see the person who can clear up this mystery.

When the wizard arrives at a dirty old shack in the hills he meets his long lost brother — The Menace! With his trimmed goatee, dark sunglasses and hostile demeanor, the Menace shows almost no family resemblance to the kindly old wizard. They exchange a few choice words before their mother (or Mama, as The Menace calls her) emerges from the shack. She is the sorceress the wizard has come to consult with.

The wizard shows her the vial and she knows exactly what it is — a body-switching potion. The devious Mama Menace gives the wizard a drink with a sleeping potion in it that knocks him out completely. Then she tells The Menace that this is their chance to get a new servant girl to replace Skyler, who they lost in the first story. The Menace will use the magic potion to switch bodies with Mistress Pumpernickel, and once in the castle, he will kidnap Ariel.

Once in the body of Mistress Pumpernickel, The Menace changes her clothes from lovely, colorful gowns to a sinister, black outfit and despite his awkward efforts to act like Mistress Pumpernickel, gives Sky and Air plenty of clues that something isn’t right. With the wizard missing and Mistress Pumpernickel acting strangely, the two princesses soon figure out what has happened. They take some of the body switching potion, (which Skyler wisely set aside before giving it to the wizard), just in the nick of time before Mistress Pumpernickel (actually The Menace) kidnaps Ariel (who is now actually Skyler).

While Skyler (actually Ariel) remains at the castle and struggles to explain to King Danius what has happened, Ariel (actually Skyler) is taken to the lair of Mama Menace. Once there she puts on a good show of being Ariel, and tricks Mama Menace into revealing the antidote to the body switching spell when she switches back The Menace and Mistress Pumpernickel.

Later, using her knowledge from the years she spent as their servant, she finds Mama Menace’s sleeping potion and secretly serves it to her in her tea. Then she gives the wizard and Mistress Pumpernickel the antidote to the sleeping potion. But just as they are about to make their escape, The Menace returns. The wizard fights bravely to free Ariel/Skyler and Mistress Pumpernickel, but The Menace is too strong. But just when it seems all is lost, King Danius arrives with a band of knights to save the day.
